FINDS ELECTRICAL DEFICIENCIES, THEY WILL BE

RECEPTACLE WITHIN 25 FEET OF THE CONDENSING UNIT.
2. IF THE UNIT IS INSIDE AN ATTIC, THERE SHALL BE
A LIGHT AND AN OUTLET IN THE ATTIC.
ALL UNITS MUST BE OUT OF REQUIRED SETBACKS.
Work in the right of way requires coordination
with the Monroe County Public Works & Engineering
Division. Work performed within the right of way
may require a separate permit or approval in
addition to a permit issued by the Monroe County
Building Department and /or the utilities. It is
the responsibility of the owner to obtain all
required permits before starting work. Failure to
obtain a right of way permit when required may
result in work stoppages or penalties.
