Permit 19302150 for new electric service to dock
is approved with the following conditions:
1. Approval is for the proposed scope of work and
plans ONLY. No other work on this permit.
2. Existing grade is approximately 5.5' NGVD per
Monroe County GIS. The meter and disconnect must
be elevated to a minimum of 4.5' above existing
adjacent grade to comply with Floodplain
Management requirements. **Please note: Failure to
properly elevate equipment will result in a failed
inspection**
3. A Final Flood (157) Inspection is required to
close this permit.
4. No new air-conditioned space or increase in
footprint on this permit.
5. Any deviation requires prior Floodplain
approval.
Work in the right of way requires coordination
with the Monroe County Public Works & Engineering
Division. Work performed within the right of way
may require a separate permit or approval in
addition to a permit issued by the Monroe County
Building Department and /or the utilities. It is
the responsibility of the owner to obtain all
required permits before starting work. Failure to
obtain a right of way permit when required may
result in work stoppages or penalties.
