1. PERMIT APPROVES ADDITION TO AND RENOVATION OF
EXISTING MIXED USE STRUCTURE AS SHOWN ON APPROVED

2. THE FINISHED FLOOR OF ANY HABITABLE, FINISHED

MUST HAVE THE AFFIXED PERMANENT LABELS PROVIDED BY
THE PRODUCT APPROVAL HOLDER. THE LABELS MUST NOT
BE REMOVED PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTIONS OR A
CERTIFICATE, IF APPLICABLE. APPROVED SITE SPECIFIC
DESIGN PRESSURES AND MANUFACTURE SPECIFICATIONS

IF LABELS ARE REMOVED, THE INSPECTION WILL FAIL.
Fire- 800 Rough Inspection required prior to
closing walls. 892 final required. Extinguishers/
exit signs/ emergency lighting required and will
be confirmed on Final Inspection. New FDC location
to be confirmed prior to final with all
appropriate signage. FDC relocation can only be
conducted by a contractor Licensed by the Florida
State Fire Marshal's Office to do such work and
shall be listed as a sub on this permit.
Work in the right of way requires coordination
with the Monroe County Public Works & Engineering
Division. Work performed within the right of way
may require a separate permit or approval in
addition to a permit issued by the Monroe County
Building Department and /or the utilities. It is
the responsibility of the owner to obtain all
required permits before starting work. Failure to
obtain a right of way permit when required may
result in work stoppages or penalties.
