elevation(DFE) of 11 feet NGVD. This is a Post
FIRM Stilt SFR.-Grade is elevated to 3.8 feet. No
temperature control allowed below elevated
building. All A/C components servicing the
elevated SFR must be at or above the DFE of 11
feet, which is 7.2 feet above grade- Approval of
this permit does not guarantee future permits
should the structure be determined to be
substantially damaged, unless such permits
addressed and corrected any existing
