Permit 21300190 for new electric pole and service
is approved with the following conditions:
1. Approval is for the proposed scope of work and
plans ONLY. No other work on this permit.
2. The elevation of existing grade on this
property is approximately 5.5' NGVD29. The Meter
equipment must be a minimum of 3.5' above existing
grade to be compliant with Flood requirements.
3. A FEMA Compliance (157) inspection is required
to close this permit.
4. No increase in air-conditioned space or
footprint on this permit.
5. Any deviation requires prior Floodplain
approval.
Work in the right of way requires coordination
with the Monroe County Public Works & Engineering
Division. Work performed within the right of way
may require a separate permit or approval in
addition to a permit issued by the Monroe County
Building Department and /or the utilities. It is
the responsibility of the owner to obtain all
required permits before starting work. Failure to
obtain a right of way permit when required may
result in work stoppages or penalties.
