elevation(DFE) of 11 feet NGVD. This is a post
FIRM stilt SFR. Approved for work in elevated
portion of SFR only. Approval of this permit does
not guarantee future permits should the structure
be determined to be substantially damaged, unless
such permits addressed and corrected any existing
nonconformity. Per Code Case #CE18020020, there
are after the fact improvements that have been
done to the unpermitted ground level enclosure,
including expansion. This is a violation of Monroe
County Code section 122-4(a)9). The code case
should not be closed until the owner obtains a
demo for FEMA compliance permit to remove all
unpermitted improvements on the ground level- MW
