• APPLICATION. FOLLOWING THE DEMOLITION, THERE MAY
• BE DEVELOPMENT AND/OR LAND USE ISSUES ON THE SITE
• THAT ARE NO LONGER IN COMPLIANCE WITH A COUNTY
• REGULATION(S). APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT DOES NOT
• DEEM ALL REMAINING DEVELOPMENT AS CONFORMING AND
• DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY VESTING TO EXISTING
• REGULATIONS.
• ANY REPLACEMENT STRUCTURES MUST BE BUILT IN
• COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REGULATIONS WITH ALL
• APPLICABLE REGULATIONS OF THE MONROE COUNTY CODE
• AND MONROE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AT THE TIME
• OF DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. IF A PRINCIPAL
• STRUCTURE/
• USE IS SUBJECT OF THE DEMOLITION PERMIT, ANY
• ASSOCIATED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE/USE MUST ALSO BE
• DEMOLISHED AND/OR TERMINATED UNLESS WRITTEN
• PERMISSION STATING OTHERWISE IS PROVIDED BY THE
• PLANNING DEPARTMENT. THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT
• DIVISION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE THAT
• REMAINING DEVELOPMENT BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE
• THROUGH THE PROPER APPROVAL PROCESS OR TERMINATED
• UPON FUTURE DISCOVERY. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT IF
• THE PROPERTY OWNER SEEKS TO REPLACE THE
• DEVELOPMENT TO BE DEMOLISHED WITH LIKE DEVELOPMENT
• THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER CONTACT THE PLANNING
• DEPARTMENT TO DETERMINE IF A ROGO EXEMPTION OR
• LETTER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS DETERMINATION
• APPLICATION IS NECESSARY.
• THIS PERMIT WAS NOT REVIEWED BY THE BIOLOGIST BUT
• THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:
• 1)NO FILL THIS PERMIT.
• 2)NO LAND CLEAR THIS PERMIT.
• 3)STORM WATER TO BE RETAINED ON SITE.
• 4)NO DOCKS OR SEAWALL
• ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR OR OWNER WILL HAVE POWER
• DISCONNECTED BY THE ELECTRIC COMPANY.
• ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS MUST BE REMOVED FROM SITE
• PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTIONS.
• INSPECTIONS REQUIRED PER PERMIT CARD.
• ALL DEBRIS TO BE REMOVED TO A LEGAL DUMPSITE.
• INSPECTIONS REQUIRED PER PERMIT CARD.
• NO PLAN DEVIATION ALLOWED WITHOUT A REVISED
• PERMIT.
• NO OTHER WORK THIS PERMIT.
• Work in the right of way requires coordination
• with the Monroe County Public Works & Engineering
• Division. Work performed within the right of way
• may require a separate permit or approval in
• addition to a permit issued by the Monroe County
• Building Department and /or the utilities. It is
• the responsibility of the owner to obtain all
• required permits before starting work. Failure to
• obtain a right of way permit when required may
• result in work stoppages or penalties.
