2. Two native canopy street trees required at
least eight feet (8') in height, within lot, not
in right-of-way and not under any electric lines,
not palm, not gumbo limbo.
3. Authorization of 20 cubic yards of fill this
permit only.
4. Stormwater shall be retained on site as
indicated on approved plans in eight (8) foot wide
swales with a depth of one (1) foot.
5. All invasive exotic vegetation shall be removed
prior to final biological inspection.
6. FINAL BIOLOGICAL INSPECTION REQUIRED.
