“Remove existing, leaving only the curb and
existing electric circuits. Replace with new pole
sign. Double faced sign to be mounted between two
poles. Ground mounted lighting. 72.9 sq ft per
face totalling 145.8 sq ft.”
The location of the proposed sign is shown outside
of sight triangle with no dimension provided. The
location scales at 10 feet from the property line
to edge of sign structure. The engineer confirmed
that the sign structure is shown at 10 feet from
the property line.
Subject to the following conditions:
1. Pursuant to LDC Section 142-5(d)(4)b.
Artificial light used to illuminate any sign from
outside the boundaries of such sign shall be
screened in a manner that prevents the light
source from being visible from any right-of-way or
adjacent property.
2. Pursuant to LDC Section 142-5(e) the building
permit number shall be painted or otherwise
affixed to the sign or sign structure in such a
manner as to be plainly visible from grade.
3. Any deviations shall require prior Planning
approval.
4. No other work on this permit.
5. Work not specified in this application may not
be carried out without additional prior Planning
and Building Department approval(s).
