conditions:
1. Approval is for the proposed scope of work and
plans ONLY. No other work on this permit.
2. Bottom of the meter can/disconnect must be at
or ABOVE DFE.

Enclosed within a waterproof case approved by
Monroe County Building Official.
3. Any deviation requires prior Floodplain
approval.
