downstairs addition was permitted by MCBD Permit
903002050 above existing BFE of 7' NGVD29.
Downstairs was rendered nonconforming to DFE by
FBC 2017 Update. Structure will be reviewed via
SI/SD as legal nonconforming living area
Permit 20301967 for window and door replacement is
approved with the following conditions:
1. Approval is for the proposed scope of work and
plans ONLY. No other work on this permit.
2 Value of proposed work is $16,500 or 2% of the
adjusted market value of the structure. Approved
and deemed nonsubstantial.
3. No increase in footprint or air-conditioned
space on this permit.
4. Any deviation requires prior Floodplain
approval.
