REQUIRED. IF ELECTRIC IS TO BE UPDATED, AN
ELECTRICAL PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. THE MECHANICAL
INSPECTOR WILL BE LOOKING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS AND IF HE FINDS ELECTRICAL
DEFICIENCIES, THEY WILL BE REPORTED AND ADDRESSED
ACCORDINGLY.

UNIT IS INSIDE AN ATTIC, THERE SHALL BE A LIGHT
AND AN OUTLET IN THE ATTIC.

design flood elevation (DFE) of 9 feet. This is a
post-FIRM stilt modular at the correct elevation,
per EC on file, but has been rendered
non-conforming due to a change in code (DFE -
electric meter is at 8.5 feet NGVD). Grade is 4.1
feet, so all components must be at least 4.9 feet
above grade. This A/C permit is deemed
non-substantial. This approval does not deem to
confer lawful status to any unpermitted
improvements on this parcel. Approval of this
permit does not guarantee future permits should
the structure be determined to be substantially
damaged, unless such permits addressed and
