FLOODPLAIN APPROVAL CONDITIONS: Application for
electrical outlets, fans and recessed lighting on
a Tiki Hut located within a Special Flood Hazard
Area, a FEMA designated AE-8 flood zone with a
minimum Design Flood Elevation (DFE) of +10-ft
NGVD. The grade is at an elevation of +4.4-ft
NGVD, placing the DFE at +4.6-ft above grade.
Prior permitting [21103431] of this structure
refers to both Tiki and Chickee Huts, the latter
which excludes the possibility of electricity.
However, since the contractor wasn't one of the
few authorized Native American installers of
Chickee Huts, this structure is presumed to be a
Tiki Hut.
Minimum elevation of all installed electrical
components is +4.6-ft above grade.
