elevation(DFE) of 9 feet NGVD
This is a post FIRM SFR hat was deemed as "major"
damage in the damage assessment post storm
inspections after Hurricane Irma in 2017. No
repair permits have been submitted and it is clear
from post hurricane photos that the roof was
damaged. All new electric components should be
above the DFE flood elevation of 9 feet NGVD.
Grade is elevated to 5.5 feet so all components
must be at least 3.5 feet above grade. This
approval does not deem to confer lawful status to
any unpermitted improvements on this parcel.
