zone parking enclosure for limited storage or
parking of vehicles only. This enclosure is what
was the ground floor of a stilt house. The home
was demolished and only the columns remain. No
habitation, finishes, plumbing, mechanical,
utilities allowed. All but one GFI outlet and
light switches must be above the DFE of 10 feet
which is 5.4 feet above the slab. No electric
indicated on application. No temperature control
allowed.-walls must be vented in accordance with
Monroe County Floodplain Ordinance with a net
opening of 1 square inch for every square foot of
enclosed space. enclosure must have a minimum of
two openings on separate walls having a net
opening of not less than one square inch per
square foot of enclosed space. The bottom of
openings must be within 1 foot of adjacent grade,
or interior floor, if the floor is higher than
grade. the entire opening must be at or below BFE.
No second story allowed. Accessory storage
enclosure must be used solely for limited storage
and/or parking. it cannot be used for
habitation/living space of any kind. structure
must be anchored to resist flotation, collapse and
lateral movement.
Aa final enclosure inspection is required prior to
closing this permit. All work on enclosure must be
completed and enclosure must be empty of all but
permanent elements in order to be inspected.-MW

PRESSURES.
