conforming as no transfer of ownership inspection
(as required by Code section 122-6) was performed
when this home was purchased in 2015. Contractor
has clarified that no work to be performed to
lower enclosure. No work authorized to lower
enclosure. This approval does not deem to confer
lawful status to any unpermitted structure on the
