regulations, more commonly known as the 50% rule.
. This home was determined to be unsafe due to
failure to address hurricane repairs and this
permit is one of three permits addressing the
repair. This permit in the amount of $29,582,
combined with sister permits for roof and electric
total $41,982 and represent a 24.5% repair, which
is approved and deemed nonsubstantial . Approval
of this permit does not guarantee future permits
should the structure be determined to be
substantially damaged, unless such permits
