• This is a pre-FIRM SFR that is nonconforming to
• current elevation requirements.
• This permit is for demolition of the majority of
• the ground level enclosed area, with the exception
• of the 10 x 10 laundry room permitted with the
• SFR. All other walls must be removed. Wood or
• vinyl lattice, at least 40% open made of a
• material no thicker than 1/2 inch is allowed to
• replace the previous opaque walls. This permit,
