Revision "A" routed to Flood
This revision is to add work to the ground level
enclosure that was prohibited under the original
permit conditions. Per the applicant, the cost of
this work was already included in the overall cost
but they failed to read the permit conditions and
proceeded with work to the enclosure. Pursuant to
code section 122-4(a)(9) in order to improve the
permitted enclosure it must be fully conforming to
current AE zone regulations. A 156 inspection of
the enclosure, inside and out is required with
photos provided to the Floodplain office for
approval. Any nonconformity discovered must be
addressed before this permit can close.
