enclosure" to be used for limited storage, to be
built with "generous openings." Engineered plans

generous openings which would be at least 40%
open. No habitation, finishes, plumbing,
mechanical, utilities allowed. Only one GFCI and
necessary light switch may be located below the
DFE. This approval does not deem to confer lawful
status to any unpermitted improvements on this
