cannot have a second story, loft, sundeck, utility

within 1 foot of adjacent grade, or interior
floor, if the floor is higher than grade. The
entire opening must be at or below BFE.
Accessory storage enclosure must be used solely
for limited storage and/or parking. it cannot be
used for habitation/living space of any kind.
Structure must be anchored to resist flotation,
collapse and lateral movement. A final enclosure
inspection is required prior to closing this
permit. All work on enclosure must be completed
and enclosure must be empty of all but permanent

development, site plans shall include photometric
