• 2. FENCE MUST NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINES
• 3. NO LANDCLEAR FOR FENCE
• 4. NO FILL THIS PERMIT
• 5. NO PORTION OF FENCE SHALL EXCEED THE SIX FT
• HEIGHT LIMIT FROM EXISTING GRADE NOR FOUR FT
• WITHIN THE 25 FT FRONT YARD SETBACK AREA
• 6. STORMWATER TO BE RETAINED ON SITE
• 7. NO PORTION OF FENCE SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
• MEAN HIGH WATER LINE, INTO ANY WETLANDS, OR OVER
• ANY BODIES OF WATER
• Work in the right of way requires coordination
• with the Monroe County Public Works & Engineering
• Division. Work performed within the right of way
• may require a separate permit or approval in
• addition to a permit issued by the Monroe County
• Building Department and /or the utilities. It is
• the responsibility of the owner to obtain all
• required permits before starting work. Failure to
• obtain a right of way permit when required may
• result in work stoppages or penalties.
