post FIRM stilt house permitted in 1976 when the
flood zone was V8 Elevation 8. There are two
enclosure under the stilt house. One is a 270
square foot AE zone vented storage enclosure,
permitted in 2010. The other is elevated above
grade and the elevation certificate on file shows
the finsihed floor is at 8.34 feet.(2010 memo from
Building Official in file) The house is therefore
nonconforming due to a change in flood zone. This
spalling permit is approved and deemed
