nonconforming to current elevation requirements
and subject to the regulations concerning
substantial damage, otherwise known as the 50%
rule. A SDE inspection was performed on 10/10/2017
and was determined to damaged more than 50%.
However, contractor has supplied a cost breakdown
and affidavits stating the repair can be done for
$91,684.55 which is a 32.9% improvement and
