THROWING THE RUBBLE INTO THE CANAL. OUR CANALS USED TO
BE VERY CLEAN AND ARE BEING DESTROYED BY OWNERS WHO DO
NOT OBTAIN PERMITS TO DEMOLISH SEAWALLS AND/OR DISPOSE
OF THE DEBRIS ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE INVESTIGATE.
