SEPTEMBER 2015. THIS PROJECT HAS HAD NUMEROUS
NEGATIVE EFFECTS ON THE RESIDENTS OF 5960
PENINSULAR AVE. WORK HAS BEGUN BEFORE 8AM ON A
REGULAR BASIS, DEPRIVING RESIDENTS OF SLEEP AND
PEACEFUL MORNINGS. CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ARE USING
PARKING SPACES DESIGNATED FOR 5960 AND OFTEN
CONGREGATE BENEATH OUR BUILDING BECAUSE THEY HAVE
NO REFUGE FROM THE SUN OR PLACE TO TAKE BREAKS.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN DRIVEN UNDER OUR BUILDING
AND HAS DAMAGED THE COLUMNS OF OUR BUILDING.
DEVELOPER'S PROPERTY CONTAINS MULTIPLE HAZARDS, IS
UNLIT AND VERY DARK AT NIGHT, AND HAS NO SECURITY,
MAKING IT DIFFICULT AND DANGEROUS FOR US TO ACCESS
OUR PROPERTY (OUR ONLY ENTRANCE/EXIT IS THROUGH
THE DEVELOPER'S PROPERTY).
