AND ALLOWED UNTRIMMED GROWTH TO TAKE OVER. THIS HAS | |
RESULTED IN NOT ONLY OVERGROWTH REGULARLY GROWING OVER | |
ONTO MY SIDE OF THE COMMON FENCE LINE, BUT HAS DRAWN | |
MOSQUITOS, AND RODENTS WHO LIVE IN THE UNKEMPT | |
OVERGROWTH AND ARE ATTRACTED BY THE STANDING WATER. I | |
REGULARLY HAVE TO TRIM THEIR OVERGROWTH, AND I HAVE HAD | |
TO PUT RAT TRAPS AROUND MY YARD. I CAN';T IMAGINE THE | |
LAW PERMITS THEM TO KEEP THIS BACK YARD IN THIS | |
CONDITION. AND I REALLY CAN';T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN | |
LOOK OUTSIDE AND SEE THIS MESS AND NOT CARE. I HOPE | |
