COMPLAINT EMAIL # 1763 READS AS FOLLWS: "CONSTRUCTION
ON THIS PROPERTY BEGAN YEARS AND WAS NEVER COMPLETED.
THE OWNERS AND TENNANTS HAVE ALLOWED A HALF FINISHED
POOL TO RETAIN STANDING WATER, AND ALLOWED THE
DEMOLITION REMNANTS REMAIN IN PILES IN THE BACK YARD,
AND ALLOWED UNTRIMMED GROWTH TO TAKE OVER. THIS HAS
RESULTED IN NOT ONLY OVERGROWTH REGULARLY GROWING OVER
ONTO MY SIDE OF THE COMMON FENCE LINE, BUT HAS DRAWN
MOSQUITOS, AND RODENTS WHO LIVE IN THE UNKEMPT
OVERGROWTH AND ARE ATTRACTED BY THE STANDING WATER. I
REGULARLY HAVE TO TRIM THEIR OVERGROWTH, AND I HAVE HAD
TO PUT RAT TRAPS AROUND MY YARD. I CAN';T IMAGINE THE
LAW PERMITS THEM TO KEEP THIS BACK YARD IN THIS
CONDITION. AND I REALLY CAN';T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN
LOOK OUTSIDE AND SEE THIS MESS AND NOT CARE. I HOPE
SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME BACK WILL A REPORT. "
