"124 POINT PLEASANT DR. IS A HOUSE WITH AN EYESORE
OF A BACK YARD CONTAINING WHAT WAS MEANT TO BE A
SWIMMING POOL. THERE IS DEMOLITION DEBRIS STREWN
AROUND THE YARD. THIS OPEN UNFINISHED CEMENT HOLE
IS A HAZARD - IT HAS CONSTANT STANDING WATER WHICH
ATTRACTS MOSQUITOS, AND LITERALLY HAS TREES
GROWING OUT OF IT. THE WHOLE BACK YARD IS AN AWFUL
EYESORE, AND BECAUSE THEY ARE RENTERS, THEY DO NOT
EVER TRIM THE OVERGROWN BRUSH THAT IS ALWAYS
GROWING HIGHER, FROM THE STANDPOINT OF SAFETY AND
MOSQUITOS ALONE, SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO
SECURE AND DRAIN THE OPEN UNFINISHED POOL, AND
THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO CONTROL THE OVERGROWTH.
