SITE VISIT AFTER RECEIVING A COMPLAINT

THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER IS USING AN RV

PARKED ON THIS VACANT LOT FOR

HABITATION. TOOK PHOTOS OF SHEDS, A

BOAT, AND ONE TRAVEL TRAILER ON THIS

VACANT LOT. TOOK PHOTOS OF SOME TREES

WHICH APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN TRIMMED. THERE

IS ALSO A ROLLING GATE AND FENCE WHICH

RUNS ACROSS THE FRON OF THE LOT.

RESEARCH REVEALS THAT THERE IS AN ACTIVE

PERMIT FOR A SFR. NO PERMITS FOUND FOR

FRONT GATE AND/OR FENCE.
