WE BOTH WENT TO SPEAK WITH FLOOD PLAIN MANAGER BRIAN CORCORAN TO FIND OUT IF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO CONSTRUCT LIVING SPACE UNDER THE HOUSE. ACCORDING TO PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE RECORDS, THE ENCLOSURE HAS BEEN EXPANDED BY ENCLOSING THE FRONT AREA. PER PERMIT NUMBER 03304671 NO PARTITIONS, NO HABITATION, NO PLUMBING AND NO MECHANICAL BELOW BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. ENCLOSURE TO BE USED FOR STORAGE ONLY. |
