UPON SITE INSPECTION VIEWED TRASH & DEBRIS AND
OVERGROWN THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. THERE IS ALSO WHAT
APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN A CARPORT WHICH IS SEVERELY
DETERIORATED. IN 2006 PERMIT 06306557 FOR DEMO OF THE
MOBILE HOME AND CARPORT WAS ISSUED IN 2007 PERMIT OPEN
WITH NO INSPECTIONS. PERPARING NOTICE TO THE PROPERTY
OWNER.

(SHANA) CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE CASE FILE. SHANA
STATED THAT HER OFFICE RECEIVED THE COURTESY NOTICE AND
WILL HAVE THE PROPERTY CLEANED UP THIS WEEKEND
2-7/2-8-14. SHE WILL ALSO SPEAK WITHTHE OWNER (ALEXIS)
IN REFERENCE TO THE STRUCTURE. IT APPEARS TO BE UNSAFE
BUT UNABLE TO DETERMINE AT THIS TIME. WILL WAIT UNTIL
PROPERTY IS CLEANED UP AND ACCESSIBLE FOR FURTHER
INVESTIGATION.
