THE PERMIT TO INSTALL BRICK PAVERS ON THE RIGHT OF WAY
WAS NO INSTALLED ACCORDING TO PLAN. WENT OVER LEGAL
WIDTH OF 24 FT. ON THE RIGHT OF WAY. ALSO INSTALLED
LANDSCAPING WHICH IS PROHIBITED. SEE E-MAIL AND PHOTOS
FROM ARGUEZ IN FILE. A PERMIT (12300566) WAS ISSUED ON
2/10/12. A FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED BY
ACKERS ON 6/29/12. AFTER E-MAIL FROM P.W. THE PERMIT
WAS REOPENED FOR INVESTIGATION BECAUSE THE PAVERS WERE
NOT INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE PLAN. FINAL INSPECTION
FAILED ON 10/01/12 AND WAS REFERRED TO CODE. ISSUE
NOTICE OF WRITTEN WARNING TO OWNER.

DIVISION, AND WENT OVER THE PERMIT AND THE REASON IT
WAS REOPENED. THE PAVERS WERE NOT INSTALLED ACCORDING
TO THE PLANS SUBMITTED. A REVISION TO THE PERMIT WILL
BE REQUIRED. THIS IS FOUR (4) LOTS COMBINED INTO ONE
REAL ESTATE NUMBER. THREE LOTS ON TARPON AVE (HOUSE IS
LOCATED ON THE MIDDLE LOT) WITH ANOTHER LOT DIRECTLY
BEHIND THE SFR LOT. ALL LOTS ARE VACANT EXCEPT FOR THE
SFR ONE. BUILDING DEPT. IS ALLOWING THE SWALES TO BE
LOCATED ON THE LOT ON EACH SIDE OF THE HOUSE. THE
PAVERS COME ALL THE WAY TO THE LOT LINE. SEE BUILDING
PLAN IN FILE.
