WILL BE ABLE TO DO SO NEXT WEEK. I HAVE TAKEN SOME
PICTURES OF THE PROPERTY IN RELATION TO WENDY'S SO YOU
WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE PROTECTION THE FENCE AFFORDS MY

MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE IN NEW JERSEY. MY MOTHER (ALSO IN
NJ) HAD SURGERY FOR COLON CANCER 3 WEEKS AGO. SHE HAS
BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE HOSPITAL 4 TIMES SINCE THEN. I
NEED TO STAY HERE AND TAKE CARE OF HER SO I HAVE NO
IDEA WHEN I WILL BE ABLE TO GET BACK TO KEY LARGO. I
RESPECTFULLY REQUEST
SOME TIME TO BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH THE FENCE PERMIT.
I BELIEVE THE FENCEIS 5 OR 6 FEET TALL. I WAS TOLD
THAT SINCE THE FENCE HAS BEEN ON THE PROPRTY TAX CARD
SINCE 1984 ALL I HAVE TO DO IS SUBMIT PAPERWORK AND PAY
THE PERMIT FEE. I WOULD ALSO REQUEST THAT YOU TAKE
INTO ACCOUNT THAT MY PROPERTY IS RIGHT ACROSS THE
STREET FROM WENDY'S PARKING LOT AND DRIVE THRU. THE
NOISE AND LIGHTS AND TRASH AND PEOPLE PARIKING IN THE
STREET IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE TO USE WENDY'S ARE
SOMEWHAT LESSENED BY THE TALL FENCE. A SHORTER FENCE
WOULD MAKE MY LIFE IN KEY LARGO UNBEARABLE.
