THE YEAR 2002. THE DOCK SUFFERED DAMAGE

BY A VESSELL THAT CRASHED INTO IT AND

EMERGENCY REPAIRS WERE DONE PRIOR TO

PERMIT BEING APPLIED FOR. PERMIT WAS

APPLIED FOR 1/20/2010 AND WAS FAILED BY

BIO INDICATING THAT A FLOATING DOCK WAS

REPLACED BY A FIXED DOCK AND

SUBSEQUENTLY FAILED BY EXAM FOR THE SAME

REASON OF WHICH DETERMINATION WAS MADE

FROM AN ARIAL THAT IS NOT TOO CLEAR.
