THERE WERE SEVERAL POSTINGS AT THE PROPERTY DURING THIS CASE AND THE ADDRESS ON THE TAX RECORDS REMAINS: 9350 SW 136TH ST MIAMI, FL 33176 A HEARING WAS HELD ON JULY 27, 2007 AND THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND THE PROPERTY IN VIOLATION AS CITED AND IMPOSED A COMPLIANCE DATE OF AUGUST 23, 2007 WITH A REVIEW HEARING IF COMPLIANCE WAS NOT ACHIEVED BY THAT DATE. AT THE HEARING ON AUGUST 30, 2007 THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE IMPOSED A DAILY FINE OF 200.00 BEGINNING ON AUGUST 30, 2007. ANOTHER HEARING WAS HELD ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2007 AND THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE IMPOSED THE LIEN. THEREFORE THE 200.00 DAILY FINE ACCRUED FOR 616 DAYS (AUGUST 30, 2007 – MAY 7, 2009) FOR A FINE TOTAL OF $123,000.00. THE COSTS TO DATE ARE 260.10 AND CONTINUE TO ACCRUE UNTIL THE LIEN IS PAID. I HAVE ATTACHED THE TWO LETTERS THAT WERE MAILED IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITHOUT LITIGATION. THE PAYOFF TODAY IS 123,260.10.
